Liked: Beautiful in a casual, modern sense. Lots of outdoor spaces with plenty of overhead cover. Excellent food and bar (but no breakfast(.
Disliked: The breakfast situation is not great. Instead of hotel restaurant, it's a little, stand-alone coffee shop. This would be fine except the array of breakfast choices is limited and the selections are not great.

Liked: Nice front staff helped us deal with car booster
Disliked: I got many emails from Carpenter before stay. Should have warned people about the predator parking boosters across the street or put some lights on outside so you can see where the hotel and checkin is. Also not upfront about the 25$/day automatic amenities charge that I have no idea what it was for

Liked: Loved how spacious yet cozy the property was. The cafe is a great addition vs only having a restaurant. The pool area was private and conveniently located to the other areas.

Liked: The vibe, the room, and amenities were all great. Room was huge and the design touches were on point. It’s definitely a hip place.

Nice spot, but loud.

Liked: The hotel is adorable, the aesthetics, the vibe, great coffee shop, great restaurant, great outdoor spaces.
Disliked: The building itself is loud, all concrete and metal, all night sounds and noises. The beds weren’t comfortable and the tiny stool side tables were ridiculous. It needs a bit of refinement & needs to be more elevated for the price.
