Disliked: Super loud rooms with no noise control; staff is a bit “too cool” and not super friendly or hospitable; can’t believe they try and charge $6 for a one size serving of instant coffee in the room? Should at least be free water in rooms. Should cost $100 less a night of quality than what current price is.

Liked: the front desk attendant was very nice and the check in and checkout process was seamless.
Disliked: Uhm… what? The pictures online definitely lied. This place looked a lot better than in person.This place is a fusion of bohemian and motel. The hotel was obviously a renovated motel with a common theme of bohemian all around but there still were elements of the old motel throughout. For example, the tiles in the bathroom… straight up was not a fan. The beds were very uncomfortable and hard. It was difficult trying to get a decent night sleep.Also, unless you are deaf, you will hear EVERYTHING. Next door, upstairs, pool, you hear it all.ZERO amenities. If you’re thirsty, that’s a you problem unless you have $6 to spend to drink the water they provide in the room.Overall, we came very excited but left disappointed. The experience does not justify $350 a night price point.

Disliked: The hot tub was completely over taken by a huge group of inconsiderate families with young kids who hogged it for hours on end – literally the entire day and night – preventing any other guests from using it. They managed to break the equipment, and when we complained, the staff's total indifference was beyond frustrating. While the hotel and our room were admittedly beautiful and comfortable, we specifically booked this place for a relaxing weekend getaway and couldn't even enjoy one of its key amenities during the cold nights. What should have been a peaceful stay was marred by this ridiculous hot tub situation and the staff's complete lack of concern.
