Liked: Location is excellent to light rail and theatre
Disliked: Only one lift which required access by service lift and smelt. Understand new lifts coming.

Liked: I loved the location, I loved the styling of the room, I loved the large bathroom, I loved having my bed made every day.

Disappointing

Worth the stay.

Liked: The location was perfect for us. Just a short walk from Central train station, next door to the Capitol Theatre where we were seeing a show & close to lots of interesting eating places. There's also a light rail stop almost at the front door. The staff were all friendly & very helpful on a day when their lift was being serviced.
Disliked: There was no hanging space apart from 3 large knobs on the wall & 3 coat hangers. We were only having 1 night there, so it didn't bother us too much, but anyone staying longer might find the lack of hanging space inconvenient.Minor things: No tissues or shower cap supplied.

Disliked: 1.Very stressful trying to find the entrance. I was walking all over the place, not clear signals.2. The lift not working although staff were on hand to assist I was very stressed and confused and did not feel safe especially as I was tired after travelling all day.3.The reception was dark and uninviting
