Liked: This was the scariest hotel I have ever stayed at.The first room we were out in reeked of cigarette smoke and we asked to be moved. The elevator reeked of weed.The property was old and run down and very very dated

Liked: The breakfast was served on time and well prepared.
Disliked: Whenever I'm in Hartford, I've been staying at this hotel for years. Now I'm being told that if I want the room to be cleaned—other than a change of towels—I'll have to make a special request.The card keys failed to work on three different occasions. And it appears that the same person accessed my account, just happened to be there when the malfunction occurred.

Cozy hotel in Hartford, CT.

Liked: The breakfast looked really good but my daughter asked if we could go out for breakfast so we didn't try it.I loved the location as it was a short walk to the XL Center where we were going. And we enjoyed walking all around Hartford. The staff was very personable and accommodating. He gave us some local insight for our trip as we were visiting from VA and made check in and parking easy. I'm usually picky about pillows but they seemed to have a few different styles to choose from and I slept well without hurting my neck.
Disliked: The walls are thin but it didn't bother us much. We didn't spend a great amount of time in the room and we slept like babies.
