Liked: Upon arrival the grounds and building were well kept, when we got to the room it was as nice and as clean as you could ask for. The location of the hotel is awesome with pretty nice view. The staff and accommodations were great. The breakfast had as many choices one could ask for and different on a daily basis. They also had nightly turn down services. Overall a great stay and would do it again in a minute.
Disliked: Mini fridge didn't get as cold as it should but minor detail

Liked: Pool open to 11 pm
Disliked: Terrible experience. The worse service ever! Stuff is always upset, the cannot say: good morning, hi, tango you etc. The pool service is no service- they are just rude. The worse experience in this hotel is breakfast- like in motel- I couldn’t believe that is not a joke

Enjoyable and comfortable

Liked: We enjoyed the size of the room and room amenities (fridge, microwave). We also enjoyed the pool being right near the ocean. Liked that the property was far enough away from the tourist area.
Disliked: The pool always had a bunch of kids splashing around in it. Might be nice to have kid hours or a section for kids.
