Not worth it except for...

Disliked: House keeping ! They came while I’m in the room although I had DND sign and scared me .. when I checked out they did not bother to help .. they threw the bags out prior to the driver arrival

Hotel is in need of...

Liked: Location
Disliked: The concierge on arrival were no help when we arrived outside the hotel door, the receptionist checked us in brilliantly and then pointed where the lift was and told us our room number, he never said where the bar/restaurant area is , the dining times etc the junior suite we had was out of date and very shabby needs a lot of money on a hotel refurbishment. The bathroom had a shower in the bathtub in this day and age that’s too dangerous all 5star hotels have walk in showers so I was disappointed with our hotel stay

Liked: Extremely cozy and high end, in a luxury area, at literally 10 steps away from Harrods. The staff was fantastic and left a card with cupcakes as it was my bday. Very much appreciated.

Disappointing

Disliked: Beds extremely uncomfortable. Rooms are too noisy, you can hear everything going on in the hall / nearby rooms. Aside from the location, there are no other positives to this hotel.
