Liked: Friendly, helpful staff. Very nice breakfast. Parking available. Swimming pool.
Disliked: Had to ask for soap in bathroom. No food available apart from breakfast. Erratic TV reception.

Liked: Staff couldn't do enough to ensure our comfort. Breakfast was fantastic. Excellent value for money. Swimming pool was a bonus and we had it to ourselves in the evening.

Great location for exploring Canterbury

Liked: Breakfast was actually better than expected as I thought it was only a continental breakfast when I booked.The hot food provided was good quality and eggs were superb for a change.
Disliked: No lift meant our old legs struggled a bit but our room made up for the climb!

Extremely comfortable stay, very nice...

Liked: Great little find. I have a superior double room and it was a very good size, spotlessly clean with a veet comfortable bed and a generously sized bathroom.
Disliked: The car park was small and the spaces not easy to access, made more difficult by there being a couple of large work vehicles parked in there, I was able to park but with difficulty. I am not sure where I would have parked if I hadn't managed to squeeze into a space there.
