Liked: Very easy to book, Checking inn was quick with very friendly front of house staff. Room was clean and bed extremely comfortable.Food was also very good with the staff double checking everything. Breakfast was standard full English which was also freshly cooked. RADU he was really friendly and helpful with good customer service.

Liked: It was within walking distance to the centre of Canterbury . It was very comfortable and the staff were so friendly.
Disliked: Parking was limited but there were off site parking opportunities.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Overall the vibe is a bit dated but good value for money.
Disliked: In our twin room we had no lamp and no bedside table. I had to move the furniture from the double room where they had two lamps and two bedside tables. Seemed a bit thoughtlessly arranged - where are you meant to put your glass of water? On the floor? And get out of bed to switch out the light? Also no hairdryer but staff quickly supplied one when we found there wasn't one.

Liked: Room was clean, 4 poster bed. Lovely roll top bath, very quaint & cosy.Breakfast was good, buffet style.Also had a pool & spa treatments ( we did not have any spa treatments) but prices were reasonable. Defo try next time.Location superb 15mins walk into Canterbury town centre & cathedral ⛪
