Parking not included. Hotel was very nice. Everything was clean, the surroundings were beautiful (especially the main staircase), and the staff was friendly. However, the blurb on the ConcertHotels.com website was confusing. I specifically picked this hotel because I thought the overnight parking was included. I ended up with a surprise $55 charge in the morning because of this. Descriptions on some of the other hotels stated that the parking was an extra fee after the price listed, but this one had it listed amongst the other amenities. The description should be updated to more clearly notify customers that it is not included in the price you will be paying on the website.
Liked: Beautiful hotel and the lattes we bought in their restaurant in the morning were delicious.
Disliked: Ad on website is confusing; the parking was not included.

Liked: Nice location, we got an early check-in at 1PM i.o. 4PM
Disliked: Asking questions two days before our arrival through the Booking.com messaging gave us an out of office from the Director of Revenue Mr Mc Cormick as sole response. How can that be that this channel is unattended from their side for more than 10 days ???I disliked a lot that the invoice for our 6 nights was not in line with the rates of my booking (in other words, higher) , and that no one at the reception did really care. This is not done for a hotel of this category. This left us a very bad feeling when leaving the hotel. Service not in line with the rates and number of stars.
