Parking not included. Hotel was very nice. Everything was clean, the surroundings were beautiful (especially the main staircase), and the staff was friendly. However, the blurb on the ConcertHotels.com website was confusing. I specifically picked this hotel because I thought the overnight parking was included. I ended up with a surprise $55 charge in the morning because of this. Descriptions on some of the other hotels stated that the parking was an extra fee after the price listed, but this one had it listed amongst the other amenities. The description should be updated to more clearly notify customers that it is not included in the price you will be paying on the website.

Liked: Breakfast was included on Booking.com and paid for on website but in fact it was a credit of $50 in the restaurant so this meant that you had to spend more to get breakfast and coffee/tea
Disliked: Lifts were so slow - took 10 minutes on one occasion - rooms were very dark poor lighting - no usb sockets - found reception staff very unhelpful and disinterested

Liked: The hotel and rooms were very well appointed and spacious. All employees were friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: We ordered some items to be brought to our room when we first arrived that were never delivered.

Liked: Jermaine on door really nice. Swift check in. Beautiful lobby and bar area. Clean room , comfy bed and big bathroom.
Disliked: Valet parking is really expensive , really long and no other parking. Location not great if first time in ATL.
