Really liked it - would...

Liked: Location was excellent, the staff so nice, and the overall decor of the hotel we really liked - especially the lobby and restaurant spaces, seating by the fire.
Disliked: The hallway carpet is in dire need of being replaced. The cleaning staff uses a perfume spray that was overpowering, and really set off our allergies.

Disappointing

Disliked: Front desk worker could've been more helpful

Liked: The consistency of the experience plus price of hotel room. We have stayed there for the last few years.
Disliked: The facility is a little dated. There’s been recently improved.

Liked: Everything about this property was excellent! From the staff to the decor ! The staff were so friendly and welcoming! The rooms were comfy and comfortable! The hotel was fun and just made you feel good about your choice of stay in Lexington ! We are excited to go back again !

Liked: The property was clean, in a good location and very old and historic looking. We loved the ambiance. The staff were friendly.
Disliked: The only things that were to detract us from staying there is there are no mini fridges in the rooms and the lack of free water in the lobby like a lot of hotels offer. We would have like to see coffee as well offered in the morning.
