Liked: Beautiful property, hits the nail on the head for that feeling you look for when you are in Kentucky and want to try southern comfort food, listen to great live music, and sample a menagerie of whiskeys. Would stay here again.

Unique designed hotel keeping very...

Liked: Bourbon bar and flights were great. Nice big room. Night light in bathroom a good touch, very comfortable bed and chair in room. Decor was beautiful felt very fancy. We did eat at the Rack House and the food was good.
Disliked: Bathroom was odd, layout didn’t quite work small and door half blocked the toilet. House keeping very noisy in the morning.

A Grand Dame needing some...

Liked: Beautiful exterior, entryway, lobby, and Tavern. The room was very large, and the bed was comfortable .
Disliked: Hallway carpets dingy appearance of needing cleaned or replaced, someone inked wording on top of the grey leater looking chair "HOOD" multiple times...there were coffee stains running down the bottom of wall near waste basket. The overall appearance of hallways and bedrooms need some updating and much needed TLC to brighten up and uplift an otherwise beautiful place to drive and walk into.

Liked: Very, very tired rooms - bathroom not nice - no creamers or milk for coffee in the room, actually had powder - food was good although the breakfast ham was so salty it was inedible and would have parched a person for a week - restaurant was good and bar area nice - outfront seating nice - just needs a significant revamp on the room side and special touches side
