Liked: All the staff was good especially Nesley, food was good,but to stay with toddlers I wouldn’t recommend this guest house because after 2200 time we should be quiet which is not possible with kids.

A traditional english BnB

Liked: The hotel is a house converted into a bed and breakfast. The room are newly decorated and the beds comfortable. It was very clean and pretty. We all slept well. We used a family room which was great since we could all stay together. The breakfast was very nice. Not a buffe, but we all found what we wanted. The people working there were very nice, friendly and helpful.
Disliked: This is a reception free house, which means you get a code with which you can access the key to your room. There is a phone number you can call 24/7 if you get problems. We had problems checking in, and a person answered. After about 1 hour we could get help to sort things out.

Liked: Friendly staff, lovely cooked breakfast
Disliked: Breakfast was often late so rushed before going to work, some parts of the room were unclean e.g. contact lenses on bathroom floor, very loud check in at 2-3am one night so disrupted sleep - not the fault of the hotel staff, but perhaps limiting check in times/ soundproofing would be better - I tried to call the helpline to report it but it disconnected.

Ideal location , quiet and...

Liked: Overall it was good. I had to phone a number to get a key safe code to get in and they answered my call straight away. Room and accommodation was good and the bed comfortable. Booked breakfast for 7.30 am and found the dining room and kitchen were locked. No member of staff anywhere. Made 8 phone calls to the phone number listed and the emergency contact number and just kept getting the answerphone. Extremely frustrating for us and the other guests wanting their pre booked breakfast. Eventually someone did turn up at 8.15 and said the person who should be cooking breakfast their car had broken down. Perhaps a text message or phone call letting us know this would of been appreciated
