Liked: like the convenient location for getting around the city.
Disliked: not sure how old this hostel is, seems some maintenance works need to be done.

Good location, but beware of...

Liked: Friendly staff and clean kitchen.
Disliked: Showers weren't clean. Showers didn't work well on first floor. Loud music until 3AM every night from bar downstairs. Very unlikely you will sleep

Liked: Very social, good atmosphere & easy to meet people. Brilliant location.
Disliked: The kitchen is very small for the amount of guests & late nights in the bar below mean it can get pretty loud

Disliked: Mouses in the dorm Windows almost brokenBathroom not clean at allVery small shower (not even enough to hang on your towel)Kitchen very dirtySocial area to sit and eat so small that there are barely free seats to eatReally loud location, cuz it's close to the city center like Gastown, I could here the Steamed Clock when windows open, but that's not the point: Worst point of all is that if there is a party in the Cambies pub it's gonna be so extremely loud, that you can hear and even feel the bass and the loud music up to the second floor of the building.
