Nice time in Napa

Liked: The pool area, outside fire pits and restaurant were wonderful. Breakfast was great!!!
Disliked: Our room was dirty; the bathroom and kitchenette floors didn't look like they had been cleaned, the shower had mold and the toilet stopped flushing several times. We asked at the front desk to have these things taken care of and the only item taken care of was the toilet. We arrived early and waited for our room to be ready; most often if we arrive early and the room is not ready, it is put at the front of the schedule. We understand check in was at 4:00 but would have appreciated an effort to have our room ready a little earlier.

Liked: Clean and comfortable rooms. Nice pool. Walking distance to Calistoga town.
Disliked: Little noise carried through from outside.

Beautiful Motel, but don’t stay...

Liked: Very nice resort, heated pool, very friendly staff, I loved the furnitures in the room.
Disliked: The rooms which are located on the first floor, below a second floor are very loud, you can hear every step of the people in the room above. I stayed one night and would have not been able to stay another night. (The neighbors above had a dog, the sound of the paws was very hard to ignore)

Disliked: The place is outdated, rust in the bathroom, no water pressure. I do not recommend, is overrated

Liked: The location and the vibe was nice. Decor was great. Remodel of an old motel was done well!
Disliked: I think the price was a bit steep for the amenities.
