It was a great relaxing...

Disliked: The rooms could be upgraded a little more. The carpet looked very old, I felt they could have been a little cleaner. I also found an insect on the bed, was told it was a beetle but of course that gave me a scare.

Liked: The restaurant was nice and the food and service were great.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the room we booked definitely needs updating. For the cost I was expecting a nicer room.Furniture is scratched and old. The carpet and flooring need to be replaced. Worn and dirty.The toilet was worn, scratched and stained. Needs replaced.

Liked: Room was great- bed very comfy. Heater was very loud and went on and woke us up several times in the night. Missed a bathtub. Pools were not mineral and we're not near the heat degree advertised Coffee in the room was pretty bad- we only had 1 reg packet and 2 adults so had to walk to desk to get another. Loved the bocce court
Disliked: Heater super loud and woke us up.all night. Coffee was bad and room only had 1 packet so we had to go get more at front desk. Bathroom very cramped

There were only two pools...

Disliked: WAITED 3HRS FOR A ROOM! When the room was ready we had to find the cleaning crew ourselfs & have them let us in!
