Liked: Staff are friendly and helpful, really make the place. Nicely decorated, with unique touches (including the floating bed). Great location with good travel links. I have stayed here before and knew I would be getting a good nights sleep and be well looked after.
Disliked: Could do with a hand towel in the bathroom, otherwise it was all great.

Liked: They were very helpful when I asked them to give me suggestions on places to eat and the place they recommended was so nice. They couldn’t have done more to make me feel welcome

Liked: Excellent location and lovely and accommodating staff.
Disliked: Cleanliness can be improved, some hairs in the shower, no bags in the bins. Lighting poor in the room, it was quite dark.

Disliked: The rooms are a little small but not an issue for an overnight stay
