Disappointing. We felt 2nd class...

Liked: Lovely powerful shower
Disliked: We were very disappointed with our room. We expected much nicer from a “Deluxe Queen.” The draughty window with the awful view was a real low point. The room itself was an odd shape and it felt like it was a room crammed into a corner. The bed was at a strange angle to the tv & window, stuffed up a corner. We expected better for nearly £500 room only in March!

wonderful staff at every step...

Liked: The staff and the location
Disliked: the temporary entrance through the bar the breakfast was very expensive at £35 per head , my partner has a few dietary issues so eats very little at breakfast

Cannot wait to go back...

Liked: The Hotel had a fantastic presentation, the staff were more than helpful and the facilities were world class.
Disliked: I feel the room rate was maybe a little high but If that high cost pays for the exceptional staff / service and quality of the rest of the hotel then so be it.
