Liked: Service, room and location were excellent. The onsite parking a real bonus!
Disliked: The water that was provided in the room was not the same standard as previously provided.

Disappointing and very overpriced

Liked: The main, communal parts of the hotel were nice… a lovely bar for drinks on the evening and an attractive, large lounge/atrium to have coffee, breakfast, sandwiches etc was - nice place to spend time.
Disliked: The room was poor. Very small, very dark and not particularly attractive. At £348 for one night it was terrible value for money, not at all the luxurious room you’d expect and hope for. I’ve had far nicer and definitely larger rooms for less than half the price. Beyond the main reception, lounge and bar, the more modern part of the hotel where the rooms are, was tired and a bit scruffy. It most definitely needs investment to update a tired decor that does not live up to the initial promise of the hotel.

Disliked: Just a bit noisy but it is a busy location.
