Perfectly situated in the area to events, shops and restaurants. For a small space they made the most of it and provided everything necessary for a perfect stay.

Liked: Everything. Very quaint and clean. Location was perfect.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The location is perfect, the lodge is great, the staff is epic, more on that. The only reason i gave a couple less points is that all of the rooms are super small. Read 3 people = 1 couple, and a 5" human that climbs up an iron ladder. When i saw the above, considering options, the guy at the frontdesk was super helpful and kind with getting me the adjacent room. And then, and not all of the story, he also helped me when i locked my self out of my room.....oy!!!!
Disliked: The only things i didn't like were...honestly items that i could have avoided, size of rooms etc. Location, cleanliness, all of the above are over the top. I stayed at a place in Edinborough, Scotland it reminded me of. Only what i needed...no space for anything else. Its good.

Liked: Everything that I would have wanted was there in the room. Snacks, 2 glasses to use, 2 flavored seltzer cans, hairdryer, and nice towels. There was a nice sitting area where there was a keurig machine for coffee.It was close to tge Cabot Theater where we had tickets for a show. Convenient location.
Disliked: There really wasn't anything I didn't like about the room or the Cabot Lodge..

We enjoyed our overnight visit...

Liked: The property is located within walking distance to the Cabot Theater and restaurants.The beds and linens were very comfortable.
Disliked: The rooms are very small and the plantation shutters let in too much light , the streetlights outside illuminated the room at night .

Superb

Liked: The Cabot Lodge is within walking distance of the Cabot Theater and many great restaurants. The rooms are indeed petite but simple and elegant. And spotless. The bed was very comfortable. The staff has thought of everything: complimentary seltzer water and sweet and savory snacks in the room; a white noise machine; and a common area/ lounge with a sofa, chairs, tea, coffee, microwave, and small fridge (for cooling your beer and wine). We will definitely book at the Cabot Lodge again the next time we're seeing a show at the Cabot Theater.

Liked: It's a great boutique hotel. This is our second stay here and we will return when in Beverly overnight. What it may lack in size is more than made up in character.
