Perfectly situated in the area to events, shops and restaurants. For a small space they made the most of it and provided everything necessary for a perfect stay.

Liked: Everything. Very quaint and clean. Location was perfect.

Liked: The property is located within walking distance to the Cabot Theater and restaurants.The beds and linens were very comfortable.
Disliked: The rooms are very small and the plantation shutters let in too much light , the streetlights outside illuminated the room at night .

Liked: The Cabot Lodge is within walking distance of the Cabot Theater and many great restaurants. The rooms are indeed petite but simple and elegant. And spotless. The bed was very comfortable. The staff has thought of everything: complimentary seltzer water and sweet and savory snacks in the room; a white noise machine; and a common area/ lounge with a sofa, chairs, tea, coffee, microwave, and small fridge (for cooling your beer and wine). We will definitely book at the Cabot Lodge again the next time we're seeing a show at the Cabot Theater.

Liked: It's a great boutique hotel. This is our second stay here and we will return when in Beverly overnight. What it may lack in size is more than made up in character.

Liked: Revo at the front desk was beyond helpful and made us feel exceptionally welcome and accommodated all our requests with a genuine smile. Highly recommended this establishment if you are in the area. Absolutely beautiful place with a touch of technology blended in. Very comfortable and convenient to downtown attractions.
Disliked: Would enjoy having some area to sit and visit inside the room. Used the coffee lounge right outside our room but was afraid we were maybe bothersome to other guests. Quite literally, the only thing I would change.
