Overall, we enjoyed our stay...

Liked: Great service.
Disliked: Check in could be quicker, and a little less noise from the room cleaners on site - lots of yelling and loudness.

Liked: Rooms were excellent and superior quality in a beautiful and relaxing settingService from all staff was friendly and courteous
Disliked: The food offering in the hotel was limited for a 5 star hotel and not very appealing.We chose not to eat at the hotel other than poolside snacks and drinks Seats at pool were taken by residents who put towels out early and then left the pool area - resulting in no seats or loungers if you arrived mid morning

Disliked: Pool bar menu and room service menu very limited and closing at 8.30pm is too early.

Liked: Great resort, fantastic pool. Well kitted out apartments, the highlight for me is you get a washing machine/dryer
Disliked: It’s a few years old now, so probably starting to get tired a bit.

Disliked: Mouldy smell coming from their aircons. We booked three rooms and they all had mouldy aircons

Liked: The location is fantastic, with an amazing outdoor swimming pool, access to the beach, beautiful rooms and excellent food

Not the same 'crystal brook'...

Liked: bike hire was free
Disliked: surcharge put on drinks tab when ordering at the pool, cocktails were already on the upper end of acceptable but to then be charged a surcharge is not fun. TV in the main bedroom was not working. Air conditioner was not appropriate for sleeping if the main bedroom door was slid across, the room needs a second air conditioner in the main bedroom or at a minimum a ceiling fan.
