A friendly welcome and a...

Liked: The receptionist, Erin, was very friendly and helpful. I liked my cosy little room. And was delighted to find there was a bath. For a budget hotel, it was fine.
Disliked: The toilet didn't flush properly but it didn't bother me - I used the bin to flush it, and then reported it to Erin, so hopefully it will be put right for the next guest.

Cheap and not too cheerful.

Liked: Good location and easy car parking. Staff friendly and helpful. Budget hotel so don't expect too much. Breakfast was Good for £7.
Disliked: Poor decor of the building generally. Rooms in need of modernising, a major refurbishment is required.

Disliked: really surprised this is allowed to advertise. Dirty, very old and dated, bathroom awful and no hot water.

Liked: Breakfast was decent for the money
Disliked: Homeless people were housed in the property Housekeeping could have been better

Liked: The bed was so clean and comfortable
Disliked: It was so dirty I tried to get a shower at 3.30am as I was travelling but no hot water, stood outside at 4.30am and a huge Rat come running from the building into the bins outside plus a really bad smell of cannabis, but lady on reception was really nice

Good value

Liked: Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast
Disliked: The stairs. Because I have dodgy knees

Night to remember

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: No hot water, noisy outside traffic, steep stairway, very unclean/dusty, lamps not working, toilet didn't flush felt more like a hostel.
