Liked: The welcome and setting up my reading light with extra extension cord. Charlotte was a breathe of fresh air after driving from Bunbury. It was my first event after a long painful illness.
Disliked: The dirty blanket on the bed.The broken screen on the window.Not having dedicated parking as I have mobility difficulties and specially confirmed when I rang to book that my park was outside my room.The lock box was too complicted for me and too high up.I could not reach the kettle and asked another guest passing by to help.

Enjoyed the stay except for...

Liked: Great location, basic rooms but we didn’t spend much time in our room.
Disliked: Very noisy neighbour waking everyone up, banging on doors and shouting trying to wake up whoever was in there room, came back around 5.30am to do the same thing.
