Liked: Good and relatively safe location in Downtown Vancouver (5-10 minute walk to metro station), friendly staff, comfortable bed
Disliked: Not too many facilities available but otherwise all good

Liked: Good location and the bikes. Helpful staff
Disliked: Noise from hospital ambulances at night.More homeless around than a year ago

Ok, but the bathroom makes...

Liked: Clean, location good, reasonable value
Disliked: Bathroom fixtures and loud pop music 10am. Shower pressure weak, toilet too close to wall and splashes back
