Exceptional

Picture art deco hotel in...

Liked: The room was top quality. Clean, lovely decor and staff were exceptional. Food was brilliant.
Disliked: We thought we had booked a room with a bath however, we didn’t, so maybe some more clarity when booking as to what is included in each room and prices on menus would help. If I knew for example the beers in the lobby bar were 2 for 10, I probably would have had more than 3.

Disliked: The timings on evening activities meals till 8 and all seemed to close at 10 at the bar
