Treated my parents to a...

Liked: The position of the hotel and rooms overlooking the village green. Big comfy bed. Comfortable and relaxing lounge that you would want to spend time in. Staff were welcoming and very friendly. Quality evening meal in the restaurant. Excellent Breakfast with plenty of choices.

Nice quiet getaway in a...

Liked: Location, quiet, clean, vintage feel
Disliked: Overall, everything was great. The only critique we have was the evening menu - not for everyone. Would have preferred more options, or would have been good to have seen the menu in advance so could have made other arrangements.
