Liked: Room was very clean and homely.Bed was very comfortable and the fact that they provide extra pillows was excellent.Could do with full length mirror though and remote control for the air conditioning so it can be controlled without having to be getting out of bed
Disliked: Check in time - Reception staff calling himself TJ was very impolite to me. He demanded l pay when l had already paid online. He didnt want to listen to me but rudely & abrupt ....insisting & instructing me to pay. Several times l had to justify myself that l had paid to the point that I had to show him my bank account where money had been deducted bt he still wud not listen as in his head he thought l was lying.He even went on to serve another customer in a way to show me that l was wasting his time by not doing what he was instructing me to do.Then in his own time he went into the booking system & to discover my balance was Zero. Then instead of apologising for his mistake & incompetence in his job he continued his rudeness & blamed the computor saying he had not seen the screen that showed balance of Zero.I had to ask for his apology which he said the word but in an arrogant manner too.This incident really upset me and l would never want to stay at this place ever again because of this TJ
