Maybe stay but dine elsewhere...

Liked: All okay for the price paid ... nothing outstanding
Disliked: The evening meal in the restaurant - I requested the 8oz sirloin steak main meal option thinking it was pricey but the quality ought to be better than avarage. The meat I got was more like a thick slice from a beef roast. Not Sirloin and thin, about the thickness of an iPhone, gristly and tateless.

Liked: Good breakfast, good sized room, friendly staff.
Disliked: Limited and uninteresting food menu. Far too much salt used in the food. Being kept awake til 1.00am by the noise of a function.

Liked: had a good dinner one evening at the hotel
Disliked: we had made the booking on the basis of the extra large double bed but didnt get it. the bed was small and the room very small for 2 people. we had paid more in order to have a better category room than the classic double yet it was a smaller room & smaller bed.breakfast was very basic and impossible to get a decent cu of coffee.

Excellent stay

Liked: The entire team were excellent in every department. The hotel was much better than the UK 4 star rating suggests and I would happily recommend this hotel to anybody looking to stay close to but not in London.
Disliked: Everything was great but I was surprised they did not haver tea and coffee making facilities in the room

Excellent last minute stay.

Liked: Loved my stay here. Was upgraded to the executive room. Great food and bar service. Would come back again.
Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: Large room and not too hot. Excellent function dinner and amazing breakfast. Friendly staff and all very obliging to help
Disliked: No proper non alcoholic drink served at the function. Only orange juice and yet the main bar sold a nice 0 alcohol Prosecco. Shower over the bath!!
