nice little country pub stay

Liked: it was all very good and met our expectations. food was good and staff particularly the waitresses were vey nice.
Disliked: Breakfast service was very slow on one of our days, but very good on the second. no idea why.

Smell of toilets in room....

Liked: Staff and breakfast were excellent. The room had a distinct smell of toilets which was quite overpowering and would put me off staying in this hotel again. I think there is an issue with the drains in the bedrooms to the front of the property.
Disliked: The overwhelming smell of toilet waste in the bedroom mixed with the smell of pine toilet cleaning fluid.

Great old hotel friendly staff,...

Liked: Friendly staff. The first room I was given wasn’t ideal and they changed it straight away. Breakfast is always great here.

Excellent, cost, rustic and comfortable

Liked: The rooms were rustic, cute and cosy. The bed was the most comfortable one I have ever slept in and I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Breakfast was lovely and staff were helpful and polite.
Disliked: Nothing
