The quality of the hotel and room was comfortable and relaxing. The restaurant was full - we found the service at the bar for food, to be what one would expect at a restaurant. Food - well presented and delicious. I would recommend parking cars close to the hotel for ease of access and security / larger quilt on the double bed / full length mirror in room. Most definitely will stay here again and have recommended to friends.

Liked: Every staff member provided excellent customer service at just the right level of efficiency and friendliness.
Disliked: Clear directions on the website to warn people of the one way system - not so easy to get to for a motorist unfamiliar with the town.

Liked: Nice decor and very comfortable. Food was fine - but standard pub grub level only.
Disliked: The cocktails were really terrible - staff clearly had no idea how to make them properly - ours were unfortunately undrinkable which at £8 each was disappointing.
