Liked: was quick easy check in front desk tried to upgrade us to a bigger room but apparently housekeeping missed that room but no biggie appreciated him trying to make us more comfortable
Disliked: not much for breakfast but still puts something in your belly

Liked: Facility was fine
Disliked: Booking.com made an error in my reservation day (switched the day during search & I didn't catch it until after I paid) and I called immediately to correct it. I was assured by the desk clerk that it would be corrected, but it was not. I was charged for 2 nights when only stayed one. I have called and emailed multiple times, but they will not credit me back for the night I did not stay.
