50% discount isn’t a good...

Liked: Absolutely nothing, quite questionable how this hotel has four stars.
Disliked: It’s the dirtiest hotel Ive ever been to, regardless if it was 1 or 2 stars, but this one didn’t get close to even half a star, my bathroom wasn’t cleaned from the leftovers of the shampoo and shower gel left for the previous 4 days, toilet papers were never changed or refilled, towels were missing and I had to ask for them, same with the soap that I had to ask for as I have the impression that housekeeping is understaffed. Loud music is playing in the hotel, there is definitely no soundproofing and you can hear almost everything. The south asian receptionist is the rudest and most intrusive person I have ever dealt with in a hotel, she would keep her line busy so you can’t reach her as well as put you on hold and not transfer calls like a normal hotel receptionist would do with a normal switch board.

Unfortunately very underwhelming and unable...

Liked: It was easy to check in and check out
Disliked: TV didn’t work, they called someone to try and fix it. Unfortunately this gentleman didn’t have any ID or uniform to say he was part of the hotel which I found suspect. He couldn’t fix the issue and told us there was nothing he could do further. There was no offer to change rooms or anything. No option of having room service due to an apparent refurbishment due soon, water leak (damp) marks on the wall from a previous leak from above, and staff on check out didn’t ask how our stay was, and even apologise for not being able to resolve our issue. All in all a terrible experience unfortunately.
