Fun getaway!

Liked: Great location and historic feel.
Disliked: Holiday event so we weren’t able to have breakfast on site.

Disliked: Staff was very unpleasant to deal with. Unprofessional and rude. Isaiah had horrible attitude and should not be behind a counter working in a job primarily focused on customer service. His manager (Chareeya) stepped in and was also very unprofessional. Highly dissatisfied with their service and wouldn’t recommend.

Great staycation in downtown Denver!

Liked: Super friendly staff. Very thoughtful went above and beyond to make us feel special for my husband’s birthday.

Liked: Beautiful inside the lobby
Disliked: Forced to valet because no parking. Tiny bathroom. Breakfast included wasn’t actually included, it was a credit and you pay the difference. Valet damaged my car then wouldn’t stand behind it. Elevator broke when we were there and had to walk down 5 flights of stairs

Celebrating Denver's Unique History

Liked: You can't beat the glorious historic architecture at the Brown Palace hotel. Its simply amazing. Makes staying here very special and unique.
Disliked: We think some local architecture or interior design students could spend a semester on plans to renovate the Elyington restaurant space so that it looks much more historically in line with the rest of the hotel. That space, with ITS walls covered with blank white paint looks extremely strange right now and needs TLC.
