Really bad - we checked...

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Dirty, broken furniture, no rest room in the lobby (”clogged”) and the basin I should wash my hands in was super dirty. No working screens, the elevator felt like it would break. Overall the worst hotel I have seen and we checked out after 2 hours did not want to spend time there. Looked nothing like the pictures.

Liked: The staff were great & responsive. The room was a large suite - lots of space.
Disliked: Our room wasn’t clean; debris on the floor, hairs on the bed, & a small insect crawling on the same bed. Very thin walls - did not sleep well on account of our neighbors.

Bad

Disliked: Terrible experience. I booked for two days and they told me I would be on the third floor, when I came to check in, they moved me to the ground floor. The linen sheets were not clean. And the coffee maker had some dirt, couldn’t even make a coffee. It was hard to find other places to move to the third day, we were forced to extend one day and we paid 300 and they moved us to the basement, where at night you can hear the next room loud and clear. The bathroom knob was attached in this weird way where to open the door you had to rotate it upwards to open the door. I was locked in the bathroom for good 15mins until I found out I had to open it upwards!!!!I do not recommend this hotel even if you are dying to find a place to stay. It’s not worth your money.

Stay was about 10 min...

Liked: Nothing, we checked in at desk noticed bad smell, was told by emp. There would be no maid service if we needed towels to call front desk and they would bring them to us. Room was bare bones, no standard pillows on bed 4 throw pillows. Again the smell was bad in room, elevator struggled to bring us up one floor. Needless to say went back down and explained we were not comfortable staying there. They gave our cash back but the emp could not credit my acct so they credited acct the next day. Very disappointing property.
Disliked: See above

I went for a birthday...

Liked: The staff was nice and helpful when it came to helping us figure out directions. The location was near the subway and plenty of restaurants.
Disliked: The shower didn't work correctly. The toilet also ran most of the night.
