We stayed for one night to attend a concert at the Hammersmith Apollo. The hotel was situated a short walk from this venue and was easy to find. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly - nothing we asked for seemed too much for them. We had our dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Will definitely visit again.

A lovely welcome; everything was excellent quality. Stylish room and individualistic - a great change from chain hotels. Our only negative comment would be the busy main road alongside.

Liked: Loved the room and the view over the Green was lovely. Despite it being on a main road and a Saturday night, the room was lovely and quiet. Duvet and pillows were great quality and staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Had to wait 40 minutes for breakfast (lovely food) which normally would not have been a problem except that we had a train to catch at Euston.

Liked: Lovely hotel, rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable and great helpful stuff!
Disliked: It was very noisy in the room, with closed windows we've heard evry ambulance/police/cars at night, which isn't hotel's fault of course, but maybe windows could be more insulated and at least a little bit soundproof when it's such a loud street

Amazing little gem of a...

Liked: The pub itself had a good atmosphere with a nice selection of food and drinks. Staff were friendly.The rooms were amazing! Beautifully decorated, tea and coffee and water provided aswell as a brilliantly stocked minibar! We had breakfast one morning which was delicious! We also had a Sunday roast which was beautifully cooked although they had sold out of cauliflower cheese!
Disliked: I couldn’t fault anything apart from running out of their cauliflower cheese for my roast? How dare they sell out before me???

An OK stay, but room...

Liked: Bed and bedding was good quality and nice extra pillows. Location was great for the Eventim Apollo.
Disliked: Wallpaper hanging off the wall in the room due to damp or a leak of some kind. Also, bathroom bin wasn’t emptied from the previous guests.
