Disliked: We were on the top floor and struggled with the stairs. We should have requested a lower or ground floor room.

Liked: Hospitality was great, Ben, ian and john was very helpful with everything, the room was fantastic, clean, everything you needed, the breakfast was lovely really enjoyable, plenty of choice. Would highly recommend staying at the bromley.
Disliked: Seems the remote control for tv went walk about, was not picked up by myself or friend after checking everything, so bit of a mystery, which made me feel bit bad about it. I just hope they found it.
