The hotel is modern and up-to-date. The room was large enough that we weren't bumping into each other. The food at the restaurant and service were excellent.

Liked: The location and friendly staff were a plus.
Disliked: Nothing bad.

Disliked: Very expensive for a college town and there were renovations so aesthetically was not appealing. Parking elevator was down. Evening staff was ok. Helpful, enough. Just a meh experience for an expensive room.

Liked: Location x 3 !! My wife & I stay here every time we visit CoMo. Staff are always fab. Walking is swift to any destination. Did I mention the rooftop?

Liked: Staff was very friendly, The Roof bar was great.
Disliked: I got 2 rooms and booked them 3 weeks ago for a friend's birthday. One room was on the 7th floor and our second room was not ready and it ended up being on the 4th floor. They then charged my card twice for incidentals fee. When I was upset over rooms being on different floors they did not offer to change or doing anything different. The front desk girl just said I am just doing my job. Well not very well.
