Overall I would stay there again. Loved the room and record player.
Liked: A gem at Queen and Broadview.
Disliked: Rooftop restaurant could be a little more diverse. More food and beer choices would have been appreciated.

Really lovely stay but not...
Liked: Love the aesthetic in the lobby and restaurant area. The room was nice and the bed was very comfy.

Perfection!
Liked: Gorgeous,charming, at deco influence. Great bistro with elevated takes on common pub fare. Rooftop bar with beautiful Toronto skyline view.
Disliked: Instant coffee in the room but the coffee for purchase in the bistro made up for that.

Nice, but it will cost...
Liked: The aesthetic is on point! Very classy looking hotel. Nice vibe. Clean. Location is chaotic but we were supposed to be going to a show at History so this location was as good as it gets for us..
Disliked: The person checking us in was not that friendly, and also said they could not charge my card that I already had paid for the room with, so we had to use my spouses card to pay the deposit which was very odd. I paid 20-30$ extra for a balcony and didn’t get one!? We had a blocked in nook, maybe two feet wide and you could see anything but a brick wall and the sky if you looked straight up… not sure what I paid extra for..I had let them know that we were going down for our anniversary and they had a cupcake in the room for us with a note which was nice! But then we were charged an extra $60 the night after we left!? Still haven’t heard back about why, they never sent a receipt or bill, they never mentioned any extra charges and we DID NOT take any of the in room chargeable items available, so I guess they charged us $60 for eating the cupcake they left us!?!? Super weird, and definitely NOT COOL!So at this point I have been charged almost and extra $100 for nothing, no word, and no communication from customer service!?
