Wish I could have stayed longer, to have time to use the restaurant and bar.

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff; comfy bed; nice coffee; very good location for shopping, food, art and music.
Disliked: Very small lift.

Ideal for attending concert event at Colston Hall and the Hippodrome. The added bonus of free parking and location near to the quay made it all the better. The quality of the room and the hotel in general was of a high standard and I would definitely stay there again when I next visit Bristol.

Liked: Great central location with discounted parking right next door, quick, easy and friendly check in, upgraded room which was smart clean and comfortable, main hotel the same, good hot buffet breakfast with lots of selection. Ive stayed here for business and leisure around 4/5 times now and each time excellent and will do so again when have the opportunity.
