Fan, Portland, visiting O2 Academy Bristol Thu, 2 April 2015

Wish I could have stayed longer, to have time to use the restaurant and bar.

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff; comfy bed; nice coffee; very good location for shopping, food, art and music.
Disliked: Very small lift.

Kathryn N, Haverfordwest, visiting Bristol Beacon Sun, 13 October 2013

Ideal for attending concert event at Colston Hall and the Hippodrome. The added bonus of free parking and location near to the quay made it all the better. The quality of the room and the hotel in general was of a high standard and I would definitely stay there again when I next visit Bristol.

Liked: Great location; comfortable room; clean and well equipped; helpful staff; excellent value for money.

Disappointed.

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: We paid for an upgraded room. Larger bed. Bed was king-size at best. The bathroom wasn't big enough to swung a cat in. There was one main light for the main room and no wall lights especially needed over or near the dressing table. The breakfast buffet was appalling. The sausages tasted like plastersine. We left most of our breakfast and went to Greggs which says alot.

Passable

Disliked: Bathroom was so tiny . You had to go in squeeze around door to close and toilet was jammed in-between door and bath . If you were someone on the larger size you would have struggled . Had to queue for 20 minutes for breakfast . Expensive for what it is .
