Wish I could have stayed longer, to have time to use the restaurant and bar.

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff; comfy bed; nice coffee; very good location for shopping, food, art and music.
Disliked: Very small lift.

Ideal for attending concert event at Colston Hall and the Hippodrome. The added bonus of free parking and location near to the quay made it all the better. The quality of the room and the hotel in general was of a high standard and I would definitely stay there again when I next visit Bristol.

Liked: We had unexpectedly been upgraded to a king room which was lovely - overlooking the harbour.Staff at checking in and checking out were polite, friendly and helpful.
Disliked: For such a big room the bathroom was very small. Getting into the bath for a shower was made difficult as both the toilet and sink area were right up against the bath.Why oh why do so many hotels ( this one included) only put one comfortable armchair in a double occupancy room! Both of us would have liked to sit comfortably to watch television later in the evening,

A memorably pleasant overnight stay...

Liked: Bedroom, bed and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was first rate and in pleasant surroundings. We had a late evening drink in a 'quqlity' bar area and were attended to by courteous and efficient staff throughout our visit. We hope to visit again.
Disliked: Getting from our car - parked in the adjacent Multi storey - was far from easy.

Liked: The staff were lovely, was a last minute trip for new year’s eve. The rooms were very clean and spacious, we went with friends and they made sure we were on the same floor as them.
Disliked: There was nothing negative about the hotel as we were in it for one night.

Liked: Staff at the hotel are outstanding. The reception staff were extremely efficient and helpful. The staff in the restaurant are as professional as you would wish and everyone we encountered were extraordinarily courteous. Unfortunately the room we booked had a lovely view of the opposite rooms!
Disliked: No complaints.
