Liked: What a lovely hotel

Perfect,perfect,perfect!

Liked: Blown away by everything here! Immaculately clean,decor is perfect,people are so friendly. Breakfast was easily the best I've ever eaten.
Disliked: 2 nights wasn't long enough haha!

Liked: The decor is amazing , so clean and comfortable . It was quiet considering it’s in the main high street . I felt very relaxed and at home there .
Disliked: There was nothing I could fault about my stay it was superb .

Beautiful boutique B&B in the...

Liked: The location was excellent only a short walk along the main road to all of the pubs, restaurants and shops. The overall feel of The Bridge House was lovely, very quirky and beautifully decorated for Christmas. The breakfast was delicious, lots of choice on cooked food and a decent but smaller choice of cereals, fruit and pastries etc. we had the Dorset breakfast and it definitely set us up for the day. The staff were all friendly and the service was mainly very good although a little slow if they were busy. It was also very handy to have onsite parking.
Disliked: Unfortunately when making the booking the only room available for the dates we wanted was a ‘cosy’ room, the room was definitely on the smaller side but we managed. We did however struggle with the shower as it was a corner shower so smaller than normal. Also a shelf above the sink would have been useful to put toothbrushes etc. instead of balancing them on the sink edge. The only problem we had was when we came back about 8.40pm one evening and went to the reception desk which is supposed to be staffed until 10pm to get some toilet roll for our room. We rang the bell (and we could hear it ringing) at least 8-10 times over a 25 minute period and no one answered. We ended up having to go into the toilets near the dining room and get some from there!!!

Comfortable, friendly and convenient.

Liked: The cooked breakfast was delicious, high quality ingredients perfectly prepared.
Disliked: We booked relatively late, so got one of the hotel's smaller rooms. It was a bit tight for two people and a dog.

Liked: Decor, location and staff
Disliked: It was possible to hear 'everything' going on in adjoining rooms. Shower was a little cramped.
