Very good

An expensive stay and not...

Liked: Staff were friendly.
Disliked: My room was cold. There was no attempt to rectify this for me.

Overpriced and very poor

Disliked: The rooms were so small very dated . Overpriced not great facilities in the room the kettle was hidden away as tiny room with no where to put out . The breakfast was shocking !! Cold buffet and not relished often there was no sausages hash browns beans . I got tired of having to ask the waitress repeatedly for items it was one of the worst breakfast I have experienced.

Enjoyed the out of season...

Liked: Location and cleanliness of room, good bedding and clean heavy duty towels. Enjoyed the Rasmus mud bath and spa experience
Disliked: First night was a disaster since we had an extremely soft mattress that was more like a trampoline. Fortunately the reception put us in a downstairs room that was 100% better. There was no lift to first floor and having a disability made it more difficult to access the room.

Liked: Nice location
Disliked: The first room they gave us wasn’t even cleaned and the bed wasn’t changed from the last people who stayed there. The second room they gave us the carpet was soaking wet in the bedroom it was reported to the manager and she said she would take a look when we went out for the day but on are return it was still soaking wet so they didn’t do anything about the wet carpet. So overall we wasn’t very happy with the stay.

Disliked: Rude staff except the young man who checked us in. Dusty, cobwebs everywhere. Dirt in the bath and lots of mould. Rubbish left on the bed.
