Liked: Great staff especially the lady on reception on arrival, very clean nothing was to much trouble we will definitely be returning

Lovely Hotel with friendly Staff

Liked: Everywhere was clean and well decorated, the breakfasts were very nice, hot and served promptly
Disliked: The bed in 232 was very hard and we both had little sleep both nights we were there, the toilet in the bathroom was much higher than any we have experienced, I am 5ft 5ins but my feet didn’t touch the ground when using it, if I had been any smaller I would have needed someone to lift me on and off, our friends who were in 231 opposite made the same comments about the height of the toilet.

Fabulous night away I would...

Liked: Clean rooms nice and size lovely bath and shower. Our room was on the bottom floor great no steps to climb. The staff especially Faye was great attentive caring the breakfast was outstanding great value I would recommend this and also we had a meal in De Sandro wow well worth the money this is attached to the hotel we will be back
Disliked: The only thing was the bed was hard and pillows too bar for this all was great
