Poor hospitality health and safety...

Liked: Upgraded at reception on arrival lovely reception team
Disliked: Blood stained matress cover bad housekeeping rude lied about me upset me terribly unwelcoming and unprofessional- management team I don't feel addressed the issues with housekeeping team. It was a very upsetting stay I cried and didn't want to stay the third night as my stomach was turned by everything I experienced

Overly priced would not recommend

Liked: Location and decor
Disliked: Bed very uncomfortable did not sleep during my stay. Breakfast was okay, nothing spectacular often cold, spa facilities was not to the extent described on website. Some parts of thermal suite not in working order.

Lovely stay with fabulous dinner

Liked: Location and rooms were lovely, dinner was superb
Disliked: Room service Breakfast could have been a little warmer, plus few things missing
