Liked: The location to downtown was great.
Disliked: We have stayed in room 117 multiple times and the same things we didn't like are never fixed. There is no air movement, only heat. Simple things like the bed constantly creeks and the clock doesn't work.

Liked: The Branch House is the perfect home away from home. We loved the feeling of not being in a hotel setting and how close it was to downtown! The front desk was absolutely exceptional with everything.

Disliked: Dead flies in the kitchen area, window sills, dirt and rocks on the carpet, blue something in the bottom of the tub. Could barely close the bathroom door, it rubs the floor. Heater works when it’s on but freezing when it’s off.
