Liked: Great stay, Mr. Robertson at the front desk made it worth a visit alone, but also everything else was very exceptional.

Excellent stay! Would stay again

Liked: Excellent location! Room was super clean and huge. Staff were very friendly. Good security too. It’s also an information centre and small museum so v handy for tour buses etc.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing!

Exceptional

Liked: The room was beautiful, Well lit and sticked. The bed was comfy and the shower was amazing. Mr. Greg was so friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The front desk and bottom floor is a tourist destination, so it was pretty loud and chaotic.

Liked: The walk-in shower was much appreciated.
Disliked: No guest laundry for washing scrubs or work uniform and the laundry in the neighborhoods are too far or not operable during odd hours of day or nite.

A perfect end to the...

Liked: The front desk staff was exceptional, especially as I was suffering from a touch of food poisoning when leaving the ship. Mr Robertson was helpful and very pleasant to speak with. Took pictures of us infront of the train. A wonderful experience considering my companion could barely walk. I would stay there again and definately worth the money.
Disliked: There was no breakfast offered, which would have been nice.

Great stay.

Liked: I really liked the location. The hotel used to be a rail station and that is the motif through out. It still acts as a tourist stop. It's just outside the French Quarter, like a 3 min walk. It's convenient for tours like the hop on and off bus as well as the St. Louis Cemetery No. 1 tour (literally right across the street). My room was spacious and clean. Definitely felt is was value for the money.
Disliked: That the cafe closed so early. There's no much near by for a late night snack so if the cafe stayed open to at least 5 or there were a greater variety of grab and go snack available in the lobby that would make the hotel almost perfect. But there is a gas station across the street that has a market but that closes kind of early too.
