Everything was great except for...

Liked: Angelina greeted us at the desk upon our arrival and she was so welcoming and personable. We truly appreciated her.
Disliked: Our top sheet was ripped and I found a plastic disc for a band-aid in the bed. Also, we had no tissue until I put the empty box out to be refilled.

Better than expected!

Liked: Great value for your money. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are comfortable and very clean. We had an amazing stay. Lots of cool restaurant options in the area.
Disliked: The only cons is the connection to Manhattan, you have to cross a bridge to get to the subway. There's a pedestrian path so it's not too bad and there's also a bus that goes to the other side if you don't feel like walking.
