Nice place, lots of character

Disliked: The pillows were not clean - the insides had that smell of "head" – are they ever cleaned or do you only clean the pillow cases?

Liked: Very cosy yet sophisticated with great attention to detail. Connected restaurant and hotel bar are outstanding as well.

Amazing location and old NYC...

Liked: This is was our second time coming to this hotel! The location and the overall aesthetic of the hotel is absolutely perfect. There is an incredible amount of attention to detail. The bed is as extremely comfortable. Also, all the staff was amazing and they were able to secure for us amazing restaurant reservations which are impossible in NY. Perfect to come with friends, family or as a couple
Disliked: There was no breakfast buffet, yes a la carte and the gym is very small/has little ventilation
