Disappointing

Very nuce location and hotel...

Liked: Clean and staff very heloful.
Disliked: Elevator very old fashion.

A great place but not...

Perfect in every way for...

Liked: What a perfect location! This beautiful hotel set across one floor of a traditional building within walking distance of literally everything, less than 10 minutes from the Vatican which you could see from the front window of your room. There was a quirky metal see through lift, a secure door to the building itself, a secure gate before you enter the street and a secure door to the hotel reception, all via your keycard, which of course is for your room too. The guy on reception was by far the most helpful hotel receptionist I’ve ever come across in many years of travel. He was so informative and booked us into a great local restaurant for lunch when we arrived, checked availability and booked us into the Vatican on the fast pass entry for a couple of days later and gave us so many tips and directions to all the other attractions. We walked everywhere. The hotel’s surrounding streets have fantastic local restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops, not to mention retail if that’s your bag. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated, our twin room had a Chanel theme. The bathroom had mood lighting and an amazing huge shower, there was a mini bar, safe, tv, super comfy beds, aircon, towels+ toiletries. It really was perfect! After long days and nights sightseeing it was so lovely to return to. Thanks so much. Myself and my son and my friend and her son had a wonderful trip to Rome❤️🇮🇹

Wonderful place near the vatican

Liked: Excellent facilities, and the room was very nice and cozy. AC worked well, and beds were comfortable. Location was key, as it is very close to the vatican city, where we had a tour.
Disliked: Everything was great. Cant think of anything to complain!

Really happy overall. Can’t fault...

Liked: The room is as spotless. Easy access to anywhere in central Rome from nearby tram. U can walk also it’s not too far from all the sites.
Disliked: Interconnecting door in my room can hear everything in next room clearly. Only one socket to charge phone and no socket near bed. Only one key.
