Liked: Hotel was clean and in a good location for our trip.
Disliked: Not sure what was wrong with the tea/coffee but it was undrinkable. No towels were in the room and we were made to feel like it was a hassle when we asked for them. Bit of a bad attitude from the staff who brought them to the room. Bar was shut, no lift. Customer service is not that good here.

Dreadful

Disliked: When we arrived there wasn’t anyone there to check us in so we had to wait when we got into the room there was a leak so we had to move rooms and they put us in a room with 2 single beds and one bed was higher than the other and we couldn’t get the shower to work on hot water and when we checked out there was no staff there either
