Liked: My room was beautiful and the bed was super cosy.Staff were freondly and helpful.
Disliked: Nothong, all good

Pleasent enough

Liked: The design and the amenities provided in the room. Close to the train and bus station. And the housekeeping does a good job.
Disliked: There is a concern about safety for the surrounding environment (but that's for the entire London, I believe), and I can hear all the noise throughout the night from outside while staying on the 2nd floor.

Liked: I like that the rooms had individual style and were very spacious. The location is really good as well.
Disliked: the rooms ahve very poor acoustic insulation and you can hear everything that happens outside. Traffic, people talking etc, all loud enough to wake you up. The heating was not great as well. We could not really get a good night sleep and on that account we would not come back,
