Beautiful hotel but very dishonest.

Liked: The hotel is beautiful and the features are exceptional. Location is great as well.
Disliked: The main reason I gave this hotel a 5 and I really wanted to give it a lower rating is because they’re deceitful. I paid a deposit with a debit card because I was advised that once the money is released, it will come back directly. I never had an issue with any other hotel before. The money is still not received even though they claimed to have released it already. I really think they’re lying and something is fishy. They already had negative reviews on taking extra $ for gratuity without asking and now it seems they took the deposit and not returning it. They can make money now because the hotel is new but their reputation is going to ruin it for them. I personally wouldn’t stay here again and I will keep contacting the bank until my money is received in my account. Absolutely unacceptable!

Liked: Lovely hotel with a perfect location and extremely friendly/responsive staff.The went the extra mile by providing a maternity pillow to my wife which was such an amazing add on to our trip.Will definitely book in the same hotel for my next London trip

Liked: The rooms were spacious, clean and modern.
Disliked: Unfortunately my handbag went missing from the room and I have reported it to the hotel staff and they promised to investigate into it and get back to me but I have not gotten any response.
