Liked: Easy to valet park car and leave for the night; professional staff; clean and short walking distance to TD Garden and Quincy Market.

Liked: We loved a lot about the hotel and Boston as it was our first time visiting. Very clean and friendly. Our room had a fantastic views with a nice location of downtown Boston
Disliked: The water pressure and location of the shower head inside the tub

Liked: Clean, comfortable, excellent location, friendly staff.
Disliked: Unfortunately housekeeping took a white linen shirt that was quite expensive. Probably accidentally, although carelessly.

Liked: Excellent location. The room was spacious. The staff were friendly and competent.
Disliked: The hotel was on strike when I was there, so I hope hotel management has responded to their demands. Had I known there was a strike, I would have cancelled my reservation in solidarity with the workers. The hotel is right across landmarks like the Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall, which is great, but this also means the area is quite noisy and you can hear the noise in the room.
