Liked: Not had breakfast.The food next door we used for evening meal
Disliked: The cupboard next to bed and door needs to be a bit smaller as we caught our leg on it

Disliked: Bed was a bit short.

Lovely last minute break to...

Liked: Excellent location in heart of town with restaurants and bars very close. Easy to check in and room 7 was a good size with an enormous bed and two armchairs. Our room was to the front of the building which is on a busy road but we didn’t experience any problem with noise. We booked last minute and enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: Access to the car park at the Plough a bit tight.

Convenient location, but wouldn't stay...

Liked: Great location, very clean and comfy bed
Disliked: Bathroom was freezing - like stepping outside to pop to the loo! There is a separate heater, but requires at least 10 minutes of warming up. Shower was tiny! Water temperature seemed to only either settle on too cold, or scorching hot.Cleaner banging doors, hoovering rooms and chatting right outside my door from 8am!! On a Sunday!! No chance of a lie in!

Clean and comfortable

Liked: Easy access, good location, comfortable room, comfortable bed and clean. We were on the ground floor, directly onto the main road. Traffic is quite loud but didn’t bother us. Noise from the front door, corridor and the room above, the walls are obviously quite thin. Not particularly an issue, we’d stay again but ideally a room at the back

Short stay 3 nights

Liked: Great location. Very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Plumbing a bit noisy but very minor complaint.

Superb

Disliked: The only negative was that there was no decaf coffee
