Comfy bed and great for...

Liked: I arrived super early and the staff were able to give me access to a room from 8am for an additional 20 pounds.The room was very large, the bed comfortable and the breakfast was great. It’s a short walk to the city centre and an easy bus ride to Heathrow Airport.

Nice room but that's about...

Liked: The room was a good size and the bed was comfy.
Disliked: No hot water so the shower was cold, room was cold, only one towel eventhough the room was booked for two and the breakfast was really slow, cold and they didn't have much for vegetarians.

Quiet, cosy hotel near Heathrow

Liked: Comfy, clean hotel in a quiet location near Heathrow. My room was large and well equipped, it was a cosy place to be during the big storm. Very close to shops and restaurants in Staines (10 minute walk to town centre over the river). I recommend the hotel for a layover and it's also good for historic attractions and Thorpe Park. The staff were very nice, breakfast was included, and I will stay here again.
